Shipping & Returns Policy
At Nanopeptix (“NPX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we take care to ensure that research materials are packaged and shipped securely and professionally. Please review the following policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Processing
• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
• We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders due to inventory availability, compliance concerns, or suspected misuse
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery
• Shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout
• Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed
• Nanopeptix is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather, incorrect addresses, or force majeure events
3. Risk of Loss
All products are shipped FOB Origin.
Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer once the shipment is handed to the carrier.
Nanopeptix is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they are in the carrier’s possession.
4. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing:
• A complete and accurate shipping address
• Correct contact information
Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.
5. International Shipping (If Applicable)
• International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, and compliance with local laws
• Nanopeptix does not guarantee customs clearance
• Orders seized or rejected by customs are not eligible for refund
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the sensitive nature of research materials:
All sales are final.
• Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund
• We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or ordering errors
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We will consider replacements or store credit only under the following conditions:
• The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
• You notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• You provide:
o Order number
o Clear photos of the item and packaging
o A brief description of the issue

8. No Return of Biological / Research Materials
For safety, regulatory, and quality-control reasons:
• Returned research materials cannot be restocked
• Approved resolutions will be handled via replacement or store credit only, at our discretion
9. Order Cancellations
• Orders may only be canceled before shipment
• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded
10. Policy Changes
Nanopeptix reserves the right to update this Shipping & Returns Policy at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
